Made a few "alterations" :) didn't want a build where l just slapped a fpv cam and battery on top (or bottom) and call it job done so l chopped up the plane and created space inside for fpv pod and battery :)
l wanted the plane to "look" like nothing extra had been added so 1st mod was to add more weight to the tail (e6000) and add strength by covering it in glue and leaving it to set (24hrs)
2nd mod was to hollow out the battery bay so the lipo could be layed flat against the wing thus giving more room for the battery connectors
3rd mod cut out the fpv canopy, hollow it out coat it in e6000 inside and out
4th mod removed paint and coated the entire fuselage in e6000 (inside and out making sure all cuts were coated and edges sealed adding extra coats to the front bottom section (saw a nose break off in a vid someone else posted) and the hollow section under the wing
5th mod remove both ball bearings from the plastic thingamajig (front bottom camera pod) only to have to glue the smaller bearing back and glue the thingy back in place (fpv pod and lipo in the nose wasn't enough weight apparently)
went out in at least the same wind as 1st flight to see if it handled any better. What do you reckon?
Final thought? if you don't wanna spend £16.50 on thin air EVERY year from now on? once you have bought this plane you can buy extra receiver pods for under £5 get any chuck glider for £2 take 2 good motors from any of your hubsans, whoops or whatever else needs more repair than its worth (or dig some out of that spares box i know you have somewhere) or buy 2 motors £3 then get yourself a loaf of bread ,butter an
