For this 4000 Subscribers Special, I decided to include the Magma Buggy from 2Fast2Fun for the first time. Basically it is a not-too-well-known rebranded A959 with a special pink "Magma"-body. I'm not sure if it is still available/sold anywhere

Apart from the paint job of the body plus the stickers on the transmitter, it is, to my knowledge, identical to the original release of the WLToys A959 (see specifications below)

The WLToys A959/A959-B, also known as the Vortex, Storm CC, Magma and Brave Pro from WLtoys and 2fast2fun, is an 1/18th scale shaft-driven 4WD buggy. The same platform is also available in Monster Truck, Short Course Truck and Desert Trucks editions.

The A959-B is specified to 70 km/h (43 mph) and the A959 to 45 km/h (28 mph)! It is essentially the same buggy apart from the motor, battery and some upgrades (see part 1 for details). I believe the A959 has a 390 motor, and not a 380 as mistakenly specified in the video.

For the sake of my dear long-term subscribers and friends (who have most likely watched me GPS speed test the A959-B before!), I focused the first minutes of the video on the A959 and Magma speed measurements. Please feel free to skip the A959-B speed test in the end.

This video also marks the day where this small part of the global RC Community reached 4000 subscribers! As I've said many times before (but still important to mention) numbers are just numbers, but behind these particular numbers there are real people and real friends! Without you all this would have been a lonely journey and a lonely hobby for me!
