In this video I show my mini version of the vintage GMP Revel rc model fuel powered helicopter, redesigned for electric flight, using many mechanical parts I used on my own MIA electric micro heli s of more than20 years ago.

For nostalgic reasons, I pulled it from storage to fly it, but I have been tweaking it lately, and decided to draw it on CAD from scratch, to have part files I can easily print on a 3D printer.

The complete rotor head including the blades and Hiller paddles are 3D printed. the original ones were a combination of Delrin, G10 and wood.
