This is my mate and his dad both playing with their Traxxas Slash 4x4 Platinums around this time last year at the Sandbanks beach in Poole Dorset South of England.

I was not running mine at the time as I was concentrating on doing this little video.

Now it's great fun to run down the beach but when you use 3s in these it just sand blasts the car. As we found out as we all had changed to alloy lower arms and bits and bobs.

Also the salt water plays havak on the bearings.

So now these get mostly used more closer to land. :-)
