For clarification: I did not use the AC motor from the heater, but rather I put the impeller onto a much more powerful BLDC motor as commonly used in RC.
I'm working on a design to be 3D printed from structural resin. Focusing more on high rpm, high compression, and low volume flow, with a nozzle. To take advantage of the high compression capabilities that centrifugal pumps have over axial systems such as EDFs.
Under that high pitch whine is a sexy JET noise of air.
