The sole FPV He111 used in the TV Series survived the final aerial battle and is now the pride and joy of Christian Abeln who flew it on set. It is now based, appropriately, in Germany. However it returned to Suffolk last weekend for a cast reunion weekend where it flew once more at the hands of Christian "RoboFritz" Abeln, with his erstwhile nemesis RoboBiggles in the observer seat, flying together as crewmates instead of rivals.
