What is the top speed of a brushed torque tuned Tamiya DT-02 Buggy with a 2S LiPo and some minor hop-ups? Here's a GPS measurement with the Tamiya Desert Gator XB 1/10 2WD Buggy RC Car. One take, no music, no editing, no slow motion, one-handed driving, short and simple and in 4K. It's Tuesday!
35 kph equals approx. 22 mph. It is running on a 2S 7.4v 45C 1500 mah 2S LiPo with full ball bearings, 19T steel pinion and a Tamiya Torque Tuned Brushed Silver Can Motor (stock is plastic bushings, 17T pinion and a Tamiya 27T 540 Brushed Silver can). The Louise E-Rocket Street Rear Tires are fitted for this test (no gear ratio change).
6S 7.2v NiMH Speed Test (including waffling) on the second channel ... Will we beat the LiPo again? https://youtu.be/mVPTM0WNsR8
