Gavin TOTALLY blows the budget on the TA03F vintage restoration and spends a considerable amount of time attempting to justify his continual bad decision making. Have we finally seen the light at the end of the tunnel on this extremely expensive restoration project, or can one more bad decision save or derail the total project?
