Here is my attempted restoration of a vintage Tamiya The Grasshopper, won off eBay for £34.

It was in a very sorry state. Many pieces broken, rusty, corroded.. as the AVGN once said: "It reeks of age".

For the restoration, I shall try to fix the original body, as well as purchase a new one. New wheels, tyres, electronics etc... but only replace what NEEDS replacing, at least for now. The current objective is to get it looking nice, and running.
