I was curious about the Redcat RDS RC drift car so I picked up a kit down at Scale Science, built it and shredded it. Definitely awesome to see an American company making a rwd drift car and it’s a solid platform to start building something potentially great. I had a few issues with the build that I talk about in the video but it was nothing too serious and something that can be easily upgraded as I’ve already started to do. Overall the Redcat RDS is a good, but not great platform to start with, it has potential and is awesome to see this on the market.
