This video, of the sixth and seventh flights of Robin Fowler's still at that stage unfinished Series 1 DH114 Heron, shot by his daughter Deborah at the North London club's Electric fly-in on the 20th Sept 2009, has a record of the event that caused a few gasps among the onlookers. The upper sheeting of the starboard wing tore loose - a lesson to us all that care should be taken when using Litespan and Balsaloc! The model is 12 foot span and weighs 19 pounds.
