If you live in the UK and are looking for a location for RC Drifting then we can highly recommend checking out the track at Soul RC located in Northampton. Last month myself (Chris) Dave and Andy took ourselves along to the monthly competition that is held there.

Armed with our remote control Drift Cars, a Go Pro, full tank of petrol and a packet of Imodium it was off to Northampton which takes around an hour and a half to get to from the Midlands. When we arrived people had travelled from Newcastle which is not far off a 4 hour drive "That's commitment to the hobby right there."

The video shows some short clips of us travelling to Soul and arriving and then there's lots of snippets of just some of the Drift Action that was going on, I didn't record any of the competition all of the footage that you see if from the morning free practice session. But I did add some bits of us messing around at the services on our way home in the evening.

All in all it was a brilliant day apart from I was knocked out in the first round of the qualifiers, oh well there is always next time !
