Magnificent Convair B-58 Hustler RC bomber built by Lynn McCauley makes it's last flight on 4-25-1995. The plane had won several engineering awards, and the plan was to fly it for one more flight before shipping it to be displayed at the AMA Museum. David Hudson was at the controls for a beautiful takeoff and flyby. As the Hustler came around for a high speed pass the switch harness failed turning off battery power to the receiver... A tragic loss of a beautiful flying model. Lynn's craftsmanship and David's flying skills are both a thing of beauty. Thanks for creating this model for the multitude who had the honor of seeing her fly...
