I ran my Supervee 27 in the ocean at rocky neck state park, Giant Neck Heights.. Its this place: tinyurl.com . My top speed was 27.5 mph even with turbulent seas. I measured it with a small GPS device stored in the hull. I plan on using it more this summer with some upgrades (more fins for stability) and at a beach with 3-5 ft waves.
