On Road Carpet RC - First Time - Garnes
First time for me on a on-road carpet racing track.
Using my Team Associated TC7.1 4WD 1/10.
I tried to learn the car and drive in control.
Learned that carpet additive is a must, and most of the driveres drives for 5 minutes then re-use carpet additive and take a break. I did some longer practice time on the track but the tires get more "slippery" and the brain more soft. You concentrate hard so maybe 5-10 minutes is max time before it is best take a 5-10 minute break and re-use the carpet additive to the tires.
I am driving the slow 4wd car here, Italian flag colors, and there are some other driving faster 2WD front drive cars. Schumacher Mission FT 2WD, a Serpent 2WD and a Mugen 4WD.
Also we talk norwegian and some video and images just to documentate this carpet track and location.
The TC7.1 works good but I must do some steering adjustments, maybe teighten one belt and buy some carpet additive for the tires.
