The NPM Firebird Jet is a vintage model by Newpowermodelisme, which is already retired right now. but some modellers in my country has just sell this kit to me for SGD130/ IDR1.300.000 . this plane also can fly slow on 2.4kg weight. and also has a choice between nitro/glow and electric motor. this plane also have a very sturdy body which can handle high vibration and a little hard landing. but the requested servos and motors from the user manual are very rare and hard to find on this time. so i use the motor and the servos on the specs below.

Specs:
wingspan: 1300mm
fuselage: 1400mm
motor: Sunnysky 2820 800kv
prop: JXF 10x6 nitro (in the maiden, im using APC 10x7 electric)
esc: ZTW Beatles 60a
servo: 4x 20g servos
battery: Onbo 6s 2200mah 25c (flight time about 7-9 minutes)
with a3 pro gyro installed

Pros:
-the laminating cover is very good quality and not easily unglued even i fly it on a light rain
-great quality balsa woods
-sturdy airframe, a little hard landing and vibrating propeller will not make this plane damage easily.
-great aerodynamic design, only less drags i feel.
-can handle hard winds, on 8kph wind just give this plane less effect to the controls.
-detachable into 4 pieces for easier transport

Cons:
-on this era, its quite hard to find the motor and servos that requested by the user manual.
-using nitro propellers are the best choice for this plane than using electric propellers
-the sliding lock canopy holder is difficult to install, so i use rubber bands and chopstick to hold the canopy
