I was shooting video with my T-rex 600 with my AirFoilz Heli Cam Mini-Pro mount along with my $1200 Sony camcorder when I suddenly heard a SNAP and I lost power (at about 2min 14sec on the video). I was up pretty high and was rather far from the runway, but I flipped the throttle-hold switch and began a very fast down and forward decent...trying to get it over the paved runway. You can see the rest from there. I barely cleared the ravine!
