Minimal assembly required after you open the box. Slide the missiles and machine gun in place, and use a single screw to attach the refuelling boom. Everything is included with exception of 4 x AA batteries for the radio transmitter. Charge the flight battery then insert it into the helicopter. Ensure the catches click shut so it does not fall out in flight. Turn on the radio transmitter ensuring all switches are in the back or up position. Hold the button on the battery underside of the helicopter until all the lights are on. Try your first flight in an open space with nobody around. Progress the left throttle stick upwards very slowly and the heli will lift off. Try and hold about 2 metres and use the trims to get it to stay reasonably stationary. Have fun !

Note in this video I flew the helicopter in 6G mode. It makes for easy flying for a noob like me but the heli does stay very flat in the turns which is not very scale. 3D mode enables full collective pitch control so proper scale flying can be achieved. I will try this soon !
