Here's an extended-length multi-camera video to encompass the RC Warbird meet held by Nampa Model Aviators in Nampa, Idaho on 15 September 2018. The club's members are a friendly group of RC fliers with a wide range of aircraft and skill levels. Their flying field is well-kept with a 400-foot asphalt paved runway and a 500-foot grass strip. Their annual RC warbird event is a highlight of the year. Visiting fliers came from as far away as the Portland, Oregon, area to participate. Radio Controlled model aircraft flown included two foam electric-powered B-24s, two electric B-17s, two electric F7F Tigercats, a large scale gas Lysander, a large gas Fokker triplane, and many more. Residents of the Idaho Veterans' Home were honored guests. The weather was unusually cloudy much of the day, but the flying was great. And, yes, we know how much you enjoy crack-up videos. We have a few in this production, but they are isolated events in a long day of fun flying. So no snarky remarks.

And a word about audio -- when feasible, we used ambient audio that included the various model engine sounds. But there are times when this is not possible; slow-motion, especially extreme slo-mo, makes ambient audio useless. And the occasional presence of commercial music over a PA system at any event causes copyright problems, so we cue up the royalty free music at that time. We hope you enjoy this edited look at a fun day of RC flying. Have you subscribed to the Airailimages Channel on YouTube? Playlisted this video? Thanks! We appreciate it.
