Made of Dr Pepper PET bottle, 5mm standard foamboard, hot glue and double-sided tape.
These canopies are not the most beautiful ones, but they are very light and easy to make.
The canopy plug is made of a Carrera ASW 17 canopy that was damaged. I glued it on a piece of wood with foam glue. It withstands the heat well. I connect a vacuum cleaner so it sucks the heat away from the plug and helps pulling the PET to the plug. I see I did not add a videofragment where I hot glued the 3 parts of the base plate.
