Lamborghini Aventador SVJ Coupè & SC18 Alston: V12 N/A Engines at the peak of their Evolution!

The Lamborghini Aventador SVJ Coupè and the SC18 Alston are the ultimate expressions of the V12 supercar with the naturally aspirated engine built by the house of the bull. Here you see them in action during the 2019 edition of the Goodwood Festival of Speed. The SC18 Alston, built in a single model starting from the mechanical base of the SVJ from which it inherits the 770cv engine is actually much more devoted to the track with larger air intakes, concepts taken from the Huracan EVO GT3 including the rear aerodynamic fin that it's connected to the wing. Extensive use of carbon fibre in the body panels. For both the same components, 7-speed ISR gearbox, carbon fibre chassis, carbon-ceramic brake disks, while the Aventador SVJ is four wheels drive, the Alston is only rear traction.

La Lamborghini Aventador SVJ Coupè e la SC18 Alston sono la massima espressione delle supercar V12 con motore aspirato costruite dalla casa del toro. Qui le vedete in azione durante l'edizione 2019 del Goodwood Festival of Speed. La SC18 Alston, costruita in un'unico esemplare partendo dalla base meccanica della SVJ da cui eredita i 770cv del motore è in realtà molto più votata alla pista con prese d'aria maggiorate, concetti ripresi dalle Huracan EVO GT3 compresa la pinna aerodinamica posteriore che si raccorda all'ala ed un'ampio utilizzo della fibra di carbonio nei pannelli della carrozzeria. Per entrambe anche la stessa componentistica, cambio ISR a 7 rapporti, nonoscocca in fibra di carbonio, dischi feni carboceramici mentre nella Aventador SVJ la trazione è integrale e per la Alston solo alle ruote posteriori.
