Squadron Leader Nitro_Nick in his F4U Corsair taken out in dog fight with Wing Commander Gaby (AKA my son) in his P51 Mustang. A bit of Eachine Mini warbird fun on a blustery Friday afternoon. Both planes flew well, but the 'Stang handled the wind better I think (nothing at all to do with my son being a better pilot of course). Amazing performance and stability in these mini planes (winds were about 10-12mph). A lot of fun and I did expect a mid-air collision was going to happen, but this is not what happened in the end. There was a very close call when a fly by of the "control tower" got a little too close (6:25) and then the Corsair got taken out at the end with an "own goal"! Thankfully a replacement prop and some epoxy glue got her back into perfect shape, ready for more action. Hope you enjoy the video as much as we did the flying.
