Is ROBORACE the Future? Electrically powered racing cars that run without pilots! ????

Is Roborace the future of Automotive racing? Can cars with autonomous driving and artificial intelligence, electrically powered, compete in real races without any onboard pilots on board to manage them? Do you think that today's racing cars are increasingly automated? And, with all these electronics, aren't they exaggerating? These are some of the questions I asked myself in observing the closed and aerodynamic single-seaters of the Roborace championship during some tests at the Modena circuit. The international championship, when it will be formalised, will include the presence of ten teams that will compete on the same tracks currently used in Formula E and the races will last one hour. The racing cars will be identical for each team, but they will have to develop the real-time calculation algorithms and artificial intelligence technologies independently. Roborace è il futuro delle corse Automobilistiche? Possono le auto a guida autonoma con intelligenza artificiale, ad alimentazione elettrica, compere in vere e proprie gare senza nessun pilota a bordo per gestirle? Così facendo, non si perderà davvero il sale delle corse visto che le attuali auto da competizione sono sempre più automatizzate ed efficienti. Ed infine, con tutta questa elettronica, non si sta esagerando? Sono alcune delle domande che mi sono posto nell'osservare le monoposto chiuse ed aerodinamice del campionato Roborace durante alcuni test all'Autodromo di Modena. Il campionato internazionale, quando sarà ufficializzato, prevederà la presenza di dieci squadre che si sfideranno sulle stesse piste attualmente impiegate nella Formula E e le gare avranno la durata di un'ora. Le auto da corsa saranno identiche per ogni team che però dovrà sviluppare autonomamente gli algoritmi di calcolo in tempo reale e le tecnologie di intelligenza artificiale. Sono davvero curioso di sapere cosa ne pensate di questo nuovo mondo sulle competizioni, fatemi sapere nei commenti sotto il video.
