‘FatShark TRINITY HEAD TRACKER 3-axis Module into a STAND-ALONE System to use on
ANY FPV Goggles.’


I have had many requests to show a wiring diagram of how to TURN the TRINITY HEAD TRACKER MODULE, designed to fit inside the FATSHARK goggles, into a STAND ALONE system that can be fitted to any FPV goggles.
It is linked to your transmitter (I’m using a TARANIS) via an AUX standard 3.5mm audio cable.
I’m using it on the DJI HD FPV goggles with the Hobbyking QUANUM 3-axis Pan/Tilt servo system. I have replaced my servos with SAVOX 4kg micro servos due to the weak performance of the original supplied servos for the Quanum.
The head tracker servos are plugged into channels 5/6 (default setting for pan 5/tilt 6) of the transmitters receiver. The head tracker takes control via some transmitter programming to enable trainer mode for these receiver channels to be controlled by the head tracker. Turning the head tracker left sends a signal to the receivers channel 5 (pan) and activates the pan servo to also move left, it is pretty much instant to your movements and can be fine tuned for speed and accuracy via your transmitter just like you would steering or throttle.
A really truely Amazing experience.
As far as I know there is NO other video showing how to do this.
I searched for many months and sent many question, most unanswered, to be able to do this, I feel it’s my duty to share the knowledge. A HD FPV HEAD TRACKING EXPERIENCE Like this everyone should share.
