In this video we go over landing a EDF Jet in a lot of wind. The most important thing is to learn that plane. Slow fly it up high and see how it responds. See where it will stall, see how the elevator acts. Once you learn the slow flight you can judge how slow it will land. Holding your flair is the most important part. Keep practicing and you will get it!
