I have been flying a few months with my Goblin Fireball & DJI Digital FPV setup now. Digital video link has been very robust and picture is quite ok but I think that Goblin Fireball is not the best FPV platform because dfc rotorhead together with the rolling shutter of DJI FPV camera is prone to develop shaky video and lots of jello. I wonder would Oxy 3 be better in this aspect or should I just try to make my setup smoother somehow? Fireball is also super fast, meaning that I need to learn use controls more smoother than what I am used to.
I am mostly happy with the DJI,s digital fpv system but there are three things that I don't like:
1. quite often Air Unit stops recording in the middle of the flight. That happened today also, so this video has been recorded in the goggles usin lower 720p resolution (Air Unit records 1080p).
2. OSD telemetry doesn't work without a Betaflight FC. There is a V-bar mini Flybarless controller in my heli so I don't get battery voltage, timer or any other telemetry data.
3. The camera has rolling shutter (the 1.gen DJI camera had global shutter instead) which tends to develop jello in the video.
