This impressive 1/3 scale Messerschmitt ME-163 showed up for a test flight in preperation for an airshow. AIRWORLD Company team pilot Thomas Gleissner starts up the powerful turbine and puts it through its paces showing a rare great performing large scale jet. Nice high and low speed handling qualities are displayed as well as low level aerobatics some high power climbs and very fast flybys. Full modern GFK/CFK composite fibreglass kit available. Take off weight is around 22 kg. Filmed at our local model flying field FMC Kinzigtal east of Frankfurt on October 13th. Have a good day !
