Next up from the Best in the West Jet Rally is this giant scale F-104 Starfighter. This was built from the 1/4 scale Airworld kit. There were actually 4 of these at the event and they all looked amazing! This particular model is the airplane that Peter Goldsmith built and won the 2015 Top Gun scale competition event with. It was a gorgeous airplane and it flew so nice! You'd never expect an F-104 to fly so well as a model, but all of the larger F-104s I've seen fly all fly awesome.
