Second in my coverage of the Top Gun Scale Invitational is this beautifully built 1/4 scale Airworld Me-262. The airplane even featured an articulated and moving pilot in the cockpit! Built by the master Trond Hammerstad and flown by Ali Machinchy, it was the perfect combination of builder and pilot. The airplane looked like the real full scale replica Stormbird it represents in the air.
