Been slowly perfecting my upright and inverted high alpha with my Freewing Su-35 RC plane along with my hovering maneuvers, and it's slowly showing up! :)

In addition to that, this evening we had a perfect sunset and I quickly took advantage of it to film some killer shots! :DDD

This Freewing Su-35 is equipped with FMS 1900kv EDFs and Hobbywing 80A Premium ESCs. This power combo rules! :D ❤️

As far as batteries go, there are several types I'm using as of late...
6S CNHL G+ 70C 4Ah and 5Ah
6S HRB 50C 5Ah
6S Turnigy HD 60C 4Ah
6S Turnigy Nanotech 75C 4Ah

These range between 660g and 830g.
The lighter packs perform better in terms of T/W but they probably won't last as long as the heavier ones. We'll see, I'll keep you posted. The old Panther packs (870g) have all perished at around 120-130 cycles. They served with distinction but their age is over! :)

Also, #flankergang #churchofbestCG #neutralbalancenation LOL

Regarding my SU-35 setup:

This is a fairly modded Freewing SU-35S. It includes a gyro for the TV nozzles to help perform extreme hover and high alpha maneuvers (Stabilizing functions are only turned on for particular maneuvers).

As for the jet itself, the SU-35S is well known for its supermaneuverability features, that are a result of a good aerodynamic design coupled with the use of thrust vectoring nozzles.

The pilot displays a few post-stall maneuvers using the TV nozzles that would be otherwise impossible to perform with a normal jet aircraft.
