Easter Egg Buggy - RC

Wasn't quite sure what to do for Easter. Initially I thought a rubber band powered car made from styrofoam Easter eggs but we ended up with a radio controlled electric powered buggy.

K'nex electric motor/gearbox unit
4 plastic disks taken from VHS cassette spools but CDs would work fine
8 plastic bottle tops
Bamboo flower canes
1 bbq skewer
Ball pen tube
Plastic wheel from a kitchen draw
Hot glue
Binding wire

RC Transmitter,receiver,servo,battery pack

Generally my projects are for my grandchildren to enjoy. OK, I enjoy them too. If anybody else likes them, that is a bonus. I like to keep my work as simple and basic as possible so that it can be copied easily and improved by anybody who wants to try themselves. I recycle or repurpose items rather than buy new and when I do buy I like to keep it cheap.
