A smooth flying 1S brushed, geared offering from Eachine. It's very stable and has some aggressive yaw and pitch rates available but also tame due to the low power. At just over 70g and flexible with prop guards it would seem pretty hard to take this bird down but be warned, leave the propeller guards on. I always take them off due to weight and flight performance but a 10 second hover inside involved gently drifting into a sofa with no power on and a bent shaft that holds the prop at about 45 degrees. That has to be the most fragile setup I have come across yet, buttery soft it seems they be.

It was straight forward enough to remove the 16 or so body screws, remove the shaft and straighten it with pliars by eye. I wasn't that confident in it working perfectly but it actually seemed quieter after and had zero issues trimming to a perfect hover with even visually out or perfect tracking blades.

The other glaring flaw but also super easy to fix is the propeller hubs. They are molded and the seam line is very, very, very susceptible to splitting. They screw down from above and pressure on the prop in any way will initiate splitting and screwing them down firmly is a sure way also. Adding a 10mm or so ring of heatshrink round the hubs work great but this one is one to fly with guards on in my opinion which it turns out to do a sterling job of and prove to be very smooth and accurate dodging some branches..

The camera looks like it has an SD card slot and the board was even sitting at an angle so I opened it up to reveal no SD card slot of any kind. It's pointed down too much to be any use for low down or fast FPV but it does interface with the app ok. It feels more precise than the HTF801C but a little less speed and smaller form factor and also less aggressive spring tension in the gimbals. I'll angle the cam to a more sensible position than downwards and take another go at that wifi FPV, with prop guards on and see if we have enough FOV to play with trees.

This little guy is available at Banggood for just over £30
