The PVOIL Cup 2023 Vietnam Terrain Car Racing Tournament includes 87 racing teams and 174 participating athletes, with 4 competition classes, including: basic, advanced pickup, advanced and extended SUV. The Vietnam Offroad PVOIL Cup - VOC 2023 is expected to have 15 racing tracks, the most ever. Of these, 14 tracks have been identified, including three completely new tracks, some of which have been redesigned. The tournament takes place over 3 days, from October 27 to 29, at the Cultural and Tourism Village of Vietnamese Ethnic Minorities, Dong Mo, Son Tay, Hanoi. This year's competition routes are extended. , opening more testing routes in new areas. Road construction is calculated according to the formula of renewing about 30 - 40% of the roads each year to help maintain surprise in the tests.
