Carrier Air Wing, released in Japan as U.S. Navy, is a 1990 side scrolling shooting game released for the CP System arcade hardware by Capcom. It is the spiritual sequel to U.N. Squadron, released during the previous year. Players chose any one of three different jet fighters and battle their way through ten enemy-packed stages.
- F/A-18 Hornet - The most balanced aircraft available. It can handle air-to-air and air-to-ground sorties. Pilot: Rick Ford from New York.
- F-14 Tomcat - Dedicated air-to-air fighter. Not as capable in air-to-ground combat but it is a formidable fighter. Pilot: James Roy from Louisiana.
- A-6 Intruder - Principle ground attack aircraft. It is not well suited for air-to-air. Pilot: Mark Olson from Michigan.

The story of the game is different on the Japanese and English versions of the game, though both of them involve the Rabu organization. While the Japanese plot involves a war between two unnamed fictional countries, with Rabu acting as a weapons dealer to one of the sides, the English plot revolves directly around Rabu, which was changed into a middle-eastern country in this version.
