This RC model is big but fly like a trainer, the wingspan of this Sukhoi Su-30 is 1060 mm or about 41.7 inch with the weight of 1200 gram or 2.6 lbs. Su-30 is very similar in shape with Su-27 and also Su-35, so with this plans you can make all of them. This a second design of the plane type, but this new model is different from the old one, this is bigger and also easier to build. I just use elevon for control surfaces and only 2 servos needed. The motor is also pretty small, I use Racestar 2212 1400kv brushless motor with 9 inch prop and 50A ESC, with that spec you can use 40A ESC with 3S 2200mah Lipo battery. The control is very easy, very tight turn radius. I think this model can also be equipped with 2x 64mm or 70mm EDF.
