Height, if displayed, is relative to the launch point (ele. 410 ft. AMSL) and does not necessarily accurately display altitude above ground level. Launch is made from a valley and flies up hill. Actual altitude does not exceed 400 ft AGL / 1000 ft AMSL. Pilot/owner is registered and FA number is adhered to outside of aircraft. Pilot has passed The Recreational UAS Safety Test (TRUST), and has the TRUST Certification on hand for inspection. Davis Airport (W50; ele. 630 ft. AMSL) was advised of flight plan in advance when applicable. Aircraft is operated in strict adherence to Public Law 115-254 Section 349, AMA's Safety Code and Safety Handbook, NOTAM FDC 6/2069, and all other FAA rules and guidelines. Pilot/owner checks for NOTAMS and TFRs prior to each flight. Pilot/owner checks flightradar24 for helicopters prior to each flight; flight is cancelled if a helicopter is airborne within three miles of planned flight path. Genuine healthy OEM battery is fully charged prior to each flight. Props are removed, inspected, and carefully re-installed prior to each flight. Operation is subject to a pre-flight checklist prior to each flight. Aircraft undergoes a complete top-to-bottom inside-and-out safety inspection at least once per month.
