This video is an edited version of the 1987 BMFA National Fun Fly event that was filmed by one of the organisers. Unfortunately the original VHS tape only covers two of the four tasks flown in the competition. There were two Classes, Class 1 allowed unlimited engine size, tuned pipes, and channel mixing (flaperons etc), Class 2 models were limited to a maximum of 0.40cu.in. engines with standard exhausts and no channel mixing. Four Petersfield Aero Modellers members took part in the Class 2 comp and this version cuts out most of the flying that doesn't include the Petersfield pilots.
