This is my third edition of A Cinematic Flow. Today I do flips for the first time!

This is my way of tracking my progress both as a pilot but also as a colorist. I am learning and very much enjoying this process.

Meditation is defined as a practice where an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.

I think this is my meditation. So sit back and enjoy the sights and sounds.
