The LEGO Technic 42099 4X4 X-treme Off-Roader is a well-balanced vehicle, but despite the look it is more tuned for speed than for hardcore off-road crawling. Check out this simple method to swap some gears and turn the set into a very capable crawler that outperforms even the previous LEGO Technic 9398 4x4 crawler!
